Art Print + Poster + Canvas Print Policies



Our Art Prints, Posters, and Canvas Prints are MADE TO ORDER. This means that they are not printed until AFTER you make your purchase. Since this is the case, we are currently not offering Discounts or Promo Codes on our Art Prints.


Our Art Prints, Posters, and Canvas Prints are currently all printed and shipped out via a third party printing company. If you purchase an Art Print, Poster, or Canvas Print it may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. If you purchase an Art Print, Poster, or Canvas Print as well as a piece of Jewelry, your Jewelry WILL ship separately from your Artwork. 

Delivery on our Art Prints, Posters, and Canvas Prints within the United States typically takes a total of  8-15 days from the day you place your order to the day it is delivered to the address you provide.


It is YOUR responsibility to give the correct shipping address. We often begin processing orders immediately after they are received so in order to avoid any unnecessary delays in shipping you must double check that your address is correct BEFORE you complete your purchase. It will be YOUR responsibility to cover any costs associated with reshipping due to an incorrect address. This is particularly important when it comes to International orders. USPS cannot independently confirm the validity of International addresses so please be careful to provide the correct address in full. If you do make a mistake and put the wrong address, contact us IMMEDIATELY! In some cases you may catch us quick enough for us to make changes before the item is shipped. 

Once we or one of our distributors ship a package with USPS, it is literally out of our hands and in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Any delays in shipping or tracking information, at that point is the responsibility of USPS. If you receive an item and it looks as though it has been damaged during shipping, keep all the packaging including the box it was shipped in, tissue paper, EVERYTHING. Contact us IMMEDIATELY. If an item has been damaged during shipping, an Insurance claim needs to be filed with USPS and they require you to keep all packaging and in some cases take pictures of the damage when filing the claim. Returns and Exchanges are allowed on a case by case basis. To be considered for a Return or an Exchange the artwork must be in new/damage free condition, in its original packaging, and you must email us at within 7 days of the day you receive your purchase. If you receive an item and it has been damaged, please keep all of the packaging including the shipping materials and contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund for any reason. We say this because we've had customers abuse our policies in the past. We are friendly, smart, reasonable people who respect our customers. Since we begin processing orders immediately, orders that are marked as shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address or size so we can do our best to change those details before it is shipped.

We ship all International packages with fully paid First Class labels with Tracking and Insurance. (Upgraded Shipping available at check out and further options upon request) 


Import duties, taxes, and other charges which are the result of importing our product to your country are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. Every country has different rules when it comes to customs and taxes. It's nearly impossibly for us to know how much your country may or may not charge you for importing items into your country. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ANY CUSTOMS, DUTY, OR ADDITIONAL VAT TAX OR FEE IMPOSED ON YOU BY YOUR COUNTRY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. CHECK THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE PURCHASING. AGAIN, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY FEES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be BEFORE you buy it. 

Once you make your purchase, follow your tracking number carefully. Chicago is usually the last stop for packages before they leave the United States. When your package arrives in your country, contact your local post office with your tracking number. In some case you may have to sign something or pay a fee to customs to receive or pick up your package. This all depends on the laws of your country and how they enforce them. In some cases they may contact you to let you know you have a package waiting for you, but don't assume they will. Most International packages take a maximum of 12 business days to be delivered, I've seen some delivered in as short as 4 days. Stay on top of the tracking info to ensure peace of mind and the quickest delivery time. If you haven't received your package after 12 days, contact us so we can look into it. Problems with the post office are extremely frustrating. Especially considering their actions are completely outside of our control. When we drop your package off it's literally out of our hands and into the hands of the US Post office and then the post offices of other countries on its way to you. We insure ALL of our International packages through Etsy and they do not allow us to file an insurance claim on lost or damaged International packages until 40 days after the package was dispatched. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, keep all of the packaging and contact us immediately. In some cases we may need even the box it was shipped in to process insurance claims for damages. (See Damages Section below for more details)
