We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Customers have up to 30 days to Return or Exchange their purchase. The products being returned and or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for paying for any shipping costs. Below are further details on our policies, including steps on how to handle an exchange or return. EXCHANGES
Customers have up to 30 days to Return or Exchange their purchase. If, for example, the jewelry you ordered doesn't fit you, we are more than happy to exchange it for a different style or size, as long as we have it in stock. First contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can also email us at AlphaVariable@gmail.com or through the messenger feature on Facebook and/or Facebook Marketplace. All products must be returned in the same condition we sent it to you; unworn, without scratches/dents/missing stones etc. Please ship the item you are exchanging back to us in the same packaging including the white shipping box used to send it to you in order to ensure safe delivery. If you do not still have the box, please contact us so we can help you make sure the product is being packaged safely for return shipping!
If you would like to exchange a product you purchased from AlphaVariable, you have up to 30 days to exchange it, from the day it was delivered, and a RMA number, must be included in the box for us to know who is returning what! If you have any questions, just ask!
When we receive the piece of jewelry (or other product(s)) you are exchanging, we will inspect it to make sure it's still in its original condition; unworn and showing no signs of damage. If it is not in the original condition or it shows signs of being worn, or signs of merchandise tags having been removed etc. we will contact you. If the item has been worn or damaged while in your possession, a return or exchange may be denied. If the return or exchange is denied, you will be contacted immediately and the product will be sent back.
Once the jewelry (or other product) has been inspected and the return/exchange has been approved we will contact you with a link to a listing which you can purchase for $10. The $10 listing covers the cost of shipping for the new piece of jewelry back to you, as well as a cleaning/restocking fee for the jewelry you are returning. For hygiene reasons, all jewelry that is returned must be professionally cleaned. No exceptions. (Fees for International exchanges will be different due the varying and increased cost of International Shipping, please email us for a quote on an International exchange.)
Once the return/exchange has been approved and the listing has been purchased we will ship out your new product within 1-2 business days. Overall, the entire turnaround is usually very quick. Be sure to let us know which product or size you would like ahead of time so that we can set it aside for you. We would hate for the item you want to go out of stock while we are waiting for the product you are sending back to be returned! If you have any questions just send us a message!
RETURNS
Per our return policies, all precious metal and gemstone jewelry returns are subject to a 20% restocking/professional cleaning fee (For hygiene reasons, all jewelry that is returned must be professionally cleaned.) First contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can also email us at AlphaVariable@gmail.com to request. No return or exchange can be processed without a RMA number, AV Order Number or Cutomer Name/Email, since we have no other way of knowing who would be shipping what back!

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED:
Used or Vintage Items, Custom Orders, Made to Order Jewelry, items that have been worn, scratched, or otherwise damaged while in the users possession.
We are friendly, smart, reasonable people who respect our customers. Customers who abuse our policies will be banned from placing purchases with us.
