RETURNS / EXCHANGES 

We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Below are details on how to handle an exchange or return. If you have any questions or need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please email us at AlphaVariable@gmail.com or fill out the form at the bottom of this page. 

EXCHANGES

If the jewelry you ordered doesn't fit you, we are more than happy to exchange it for a different style or size, as long as we have it in stock. First contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can also email us at AlphaVariable@gmail.com to request  No return or exchange will be accepted without a RMA number. The jewelry must be returned in the same condition we sent it to you; unworn, without scratches/dents/missing stones etc., and it must be in the original packaging-- including the white shipping box used to send it to you.

If you would like to exchange a piece of jewelry you purchased from AlphaVariable you will need to ship it back to us within 7 days of having received it, and a RMA number must be included in the box.

When we receive the piece of jewelry you are exchanging, we will inspect it to make sure it's still in its original condition and packaging. If it is not in the original condition and/or packaging, a return/exchange will not be granted and we will send it back immediately.

Once the jewelry has been inspected and approved we will contact you with a link to a listing which you can purchase for $10. The $10 listing covers the cost of shipping for the new piece of jewelry back to you, as well as a cleaning/restocking fee for the jewelry you are returning. For hygiene reasons, all jewelry that is returned must be professionally cleaned. No exceptions.

Once the return/exchange has been approved and the listing has been purchased we will ship out your new jewelry within 1-2 business days. Overall, the entire turnaround is usually very quick. Be sure to let us know which piece of jewelry or new size you would like ahead of time so that we can set it aside for you. We would hate for the item you want to go out of stock while we are waiting for the jewelry you are sending back to be returned! If you have any questions just send us a message!

RETURNS

Per our return policies, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking/professional cleaning fee (For hygiene reasons, all jewelry that is returned must be professionally cleaned. No exceptions.) and you are responsible for the cost of shipping.  First contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The jewelry must be returned in the same condition we sent it to you; unworn, undamaged, and it must be in the original packaging-- including the white shipping box used to send it to you. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED:

Earrings, Nose Rings, Toe Rings, Jewelry $10 or Under, Vintage Jewelry, Custom Orders, Discounted or Sale Jewelry, LED Gear, Items Purchased with a Coupon Code or other Special Offer.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund for any reason. We say this because we've had customers abuse our policies in the past. We are friendly, smart, reasonable people who respect our customers. DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
We inspect each piece of jewelry before carefully packaging it and shipping it out. Any damages that occur during shipping are the responsibility of USPS and not AlphaVariable. Once we ship a package with USPS, it is literally out of our hands and in the hands of the United States Postal Service. If you receive an item and it looks as though it has been damaged during shipping, keep all the packaging including the box it was shipped in, tissue paper, EVERYTHING. Contact us IMMEDIATELY. If an item has been damaged during shipping, an Insurance claim needs to be filed with USPS and they require you to keep all packaging and in some cases take pictures of the damage when filing the claim. Contact us by sending us an email at AlphaVariable@gmail.com. We can give you further instructions on how to complete your claim online and get you taken care of right away!

CANCELLATIONS
Since we begin processing orders immediately, orders that are marked as shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address or size so we can do our best to change those details before it is shipped. LED GEAR
No Refunds or Exchanges on LED Products

Due to the nature of the LED products we do not offer returns or exchanges on them. Our LED products come shipped with a tab which inhibits it from turning on during shipping. This tab must be removed before use. Most products have replaceable batteries, if it does not have replaceable batteries we will explicitly say so in the description.
